Sage is Low FODMAP at 28g, moderate at 242g and high at 325g.

  • At 28g, sage is Low FODMAP, as no FODMAP group reaches a meaningful level.
  • At 242g it moves to moderate, and at 325g it is high, as the overall FODMAP load builds with a bigger portion.

Toss a few leaves into roasts, brown butter, or stuffing; the amount used in cooking sits well within the low serve.
