Raisins are High FODMAP at 30g, moderate at 5g and low only at 4g, from their Excess Fructose.
- At 4g, raisins are Low FODMAP.
- At 5g they reach moderate, and at 30g they are high, as Excess Fructose climbs quickly with even a little more fruit.
When you want chewy sweetness, a few fresh strawberries or a small orange are an easier choice than a handful of raisins.
